The honest version.

ChairMate is a small UK product owned and operated by ChairMate Ltd. If you need to reach a human, email [email protected].

When you walk through the booking flow on this site, you submit:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• The website or social link for your business
• The service, staff member, and time you picked

We also automatically capture your IP address and browser user-agent for abuse prevention.

Three reasons, all of which we'd rather just tell you upfront:

• To send you two emails about ChairMate: a confirmation and a reminder, both of which honestly disclose that you walked through a demo.
• To send you a branded preview: we use the website link you provide to scrape your logo and brand colours, then generate a custom mockup of how the booking flow would look on your site, sent within 48 hours.
• To follow up about ChairMate if you run an aesthetic-trade business: your email and phone may be added to a list our team may use for cold outreach.

That's it. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with anyone. We don't run analytics on your booking flow.

Demo lead data is retained for up to 18 months. After that it's deleted unless you've responded to a follow-up and asked us to keep in touch.

You can ask us to delete your data, send you a copy of it, or stop contacting you, at any time. Three ways to do that:

• Click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of either email. Instant and automatic.
• Reply to either email asking us to remove you.
• Email [email protected] directly.

We respond within 30 days. Usually same day.

None on the public booking flow. We use one essential cookie on the admin area to keep operators logged in. No analytics, no advertising, no third-party trackers.

On Railway, with daily encrypted backups. Email delivery uses Resend (US, GDPR DPA in place). The branded mockup pipeline calls Anthropic's Claude API to curate brand colours and copy from your scraped site (Anthropic privacy policy applies; we do not transmit your contact details to them). No data is transferred outside the EU/UK except for the act of sending email and the brand-curation API call.

If we change this materially, we'll update the date at the top and email anyone affected.
