Plain-English terms.

Everything on chairmate.net is a demonstration of what ChairMate does for real shops. No real appointments are booked. Nobody is expecting you anywhere. The emails you receive after walking through the flow, including the branded preview, are part of the demo experience.

That's a separate written agreement. The summary:

• £1,000 one-off payment covers setup and up to three staff.
• £500 per additional location, £20 per additional staff member after the first three (self-serve).
• Optional add-ons (SMS reminders, custom domain) are priced separately and clearly disclosed before purchase.
• One week of unlimited support included from go-live. Support beyond that is billed at £60/hr in 15-minute increments.
• You own your shop's data. If you stop using ChairMate, we'll export it and remove it from our systems within 30 days.

None of the above applies to the demo on this website.

We make ChairMate with care. We can't be liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost revenue, opportunity cost, etc.) arising from your use of the demo or product. Direct liability is capped at the amount you've paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else the law doesn't let us limit.

Don't run scripts, scrapers, or load-tests against the demo. Don't enter other people's email addresses. Don't try to find security holes. If you spot one accidentally, email [email protected] and we'll thank you properly.

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales.
